How do I cancel a lesson?

1. Log in.
2. Visit the menu „MY TRAINING“.
3. Click on “CANCEL” next to the appointment and then confirm with “OK”. Alternatively, you can cancel the appointment from the calendar view.

Should you receive the message “Cancellation not possible. Please contact your golf academy “, the cancellation period as defined by the respective provider might have expired or a cancellation is simply not possible. For more information, please directly contact the provider.
